Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, videos, written content, graphics, logos, layouts and other creative materials on this website are owned by Matt Riedel or used with permission.

4. Image licensing and client work

Any photography, videography, editing, licensing or creative services requested through this website are subject to a separate written agreement, quote, invoice, booking confirmation or contract.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed when agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in photographs, videos and other creative work remains with Matt Riedel. Clients may receive a licence to use the final delivered work for the agreed purpose, duration, territory and media.

Specific usage rights, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation terms, turnaround times and revision terms will be agreed separately for each project.

5. Portfolio use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, I may display selected work from completed projects in my portfolio, website, social media, showreels, awards submissions and promotional materials.

Where a project involves confidential, sensitive or private material, this can be discussed and agreed before the project begins.

6. Enquiries and communications

When you contact me through this website, you agree to provide accurate information.

You must not use the contact forms or comments to send spam, harmful content, unlawful material, offensive messages, malicious software or anything that infringes another person’s rights.

I reserve the right not to respond to enquiries that are abusive, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or unrelated to my services.

If you book photography, videography or other creative services with me, payment terms will be set out in the relevant quote, invoice or agreement.

Depending on the project, a deposit or booking fee may be required to secure the date.

Cancellation, rescheduling, weather disruption, travel costs, delivery timelines and refund terms will be agreed separately for each project.

10. Online store or print sales

If this website offers prints, digital products, downloads or other items for sale, the relevant product description, price, delivery information and refund terms will apply at the time of purchase.

If no online store is active, this section does not apply.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

I do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, uninterrupted or free from errors.
